Credit purchases and activation

DebridFlow is commercially available and accepts customer payments through Stripe Checkout. Customers can purchase closed-loop credit packs for use exclusively within the DebridFlow service. Credits and activated access are maintained as separate records. Whop is retained solely for legacy transaction history and reconciliation. Purchases and refunds are subject to the applicable Terms of Service and Refund Policy.

Request a refund

The billing contact channel is not yet available. No operational or monitored mailbox is currently confirmed.

See Contact for billing-channel availability. For a purchase issue, prepare your account email, payment-provider reference, purchase date, pack or plan, amount, and issue description. Explain whether credits were used and access activated. Do not send passwords or full card details.

The refund review procedure, response timeframe and method for returning approved refunds still require operator confirmation. Refund requests remain subject to this policy and applicable law. Mandatory consumer rights are preserved; no blanket refusal of refunds applies.

Duplicate, failed or unauthorised transactions

For duplicate payments or a technical error, provide both transaction references or the relevant error details so the payment and credit records can be checked. For an unauthorised transaction, promptly contact the payment provider and DebridFlow, and secure your account. Do not pay again solely because a notification is delayed. Eligibility is assessed against the facts and applicable consumer rights.

Withdrawal and immediate execution

Purchasing or using credits does not by itself establish that any European withdrawal right has been waived. Mandatory consumer protections remain applicable.

Withdrawal and immediate-performance arrangements still require operator validation; this does not suspend applicable statutory rights. No automatic loss of withdrawal rights is asserted.
